For a few of our clients, B3 has been brought on to take the extra step in managing their organizations. B3 assists with background support such as key document management, reporting, and facilitating client meetings.
We apply the same attention to detail to managing clients’ organizations that we bring to every aspect of the business. In addition to organization support, we create meeting minutes, detailed government relations presentations, and policy focus papers built specifically for that organization.
Business Coalitions
There are times in business relations when one client’s story is not enough. In these instances, the next step is bringing other businesses with shared priorities together in a single coalition.
In 2014, B3 brought together data center businesses, support services, and organizations that leased data center space to support legislation that established a tax exemption for data center equipment. These efforts helped make Arizona a Tier 1 data center market and one of the key markets for new data center development in the nation. Coalitions like this help humanize issues and illustrate the ground-level needs and impact legislation can have both on a business industry and on the state.
Every area of policy has a story to be told and the potential to make a positive impact on the state. Forming the right coalition can be the make it or break it difference in helping make sure legislators understand an industry’s story.
Event Organization and Management
From fifteen member coalition meetings to one hundred and fifty attendee dinners, B3’s staff has made it happen. We work to identify the right size event to fit your needs, utilizing our experience gathering sponsors, helping secure legislative attendees, and finalizing speakers.
